Upon completion of orders, the customer can pay the refund order. The customer can place orders on the Site, by adding the desired products in the shopping cart, and will complete the order by making payment in one of the ways indicated. By completing the order, the buyer agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete at the date of placing the order. By completing the order, the buyer agrees that the seller can contact him, by any means available / agreed by the seller, in any situation where it is necessary to contact the buyer.

Methods of payment and delivery of orders

For the payment of the order, depending on the preferences or the options available for the respective order, a payment order or cash on delivery is accepted.

Orders can be shipped by express courier or can be picked up from the seller's premises. The delivery time of the products by express courier, normally is between 2 - 4 days (except on weekends), from the moment of registering the order on the website https://zulufita.shop/. Most of the time the courier will deliver the orders within 2-3 working days from their shipment. The seller undertakes to send the tracking number (if any) for each order sent by express courier, in the email confirming the shipment.

For various reasons, the deliveries made by the carrier may not be made in a maximum of 2-3 working days (unfavorable weather conditions, strikes, system errors, etc.), and in these situations please ask for details about your package in writing or by phone, the courier company, using the AWB tracking number found in the email received from us, and if you are not satisfied with the transport services provided by the courier company please let us know of the situation created to fix the problem .

The seller is not responsible for damages caused by delays in delivery of orders due to external factors: unfavorable weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the express courier to deliver packages within 2- 3 days (example of other situations: system errors of the carriers, high volume on the respective route, etc). The seller will not pay compensation for damages caused by failure to deliver the products on time. The seller does not grant compensation for packages delivered late for reasons beyond the seller's competence. The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal and can refuse any package delivered late.

Territorial delivery

Keysolutions SRL offers and sells products to Romanian residents and sends parcels to addresses in Romania. For orders outside the territory of Romania, the shipping fee is borne by the buyer and the transport costs are as follows: http://europa.dpd.ro/ Billing - payment

The prices of the displayed products and services are expressed in lei and include VAT according to the legislation in force. The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each order. The seller will issue to the buyer an invoice for the delivered products and services, the obligation of the buyer being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

The Seller will send the buyer the invoice related to the order as well as for any other payments related to the order, including cancellation invoices in electronic format, by adding the invoice to the customer's account or by e-mail, to the e-mail address mentioned by the customer in his account. . All packages are accompanied by order confirmation on printed media.

Invoices and orders already delivered cannot be changed.

For a correct communication of the invoice related to the order, the customer has the obligations to update whenever necessary the data from his account and to access the information and documents related to each order, existing in my Account.

Cancellation of orders by the seller

The seller may cancel the order placed by the buyer, without prior notice to the buyer, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other party in the following cases:

Termination of the sales contract

The right to withdraw from a contract for the sale of products purchased at a distance, is regulated by Art. 9 - Art. 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. In accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014, the Client has the right to terminate a distance contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art. 13 para. (3) and to art. 14 of OUG34 / 2014.

Termination term

The Customer benefits from a period of 14 (fourteen) days to terminate a contract, the period calculated starting with the day when the Customer or a third party, other than the Courier and which is indicated in the delivery address of the order, enters into physical possession of products (Art. 9 of GEO34 / 2014).

Exercising the right of termination

In order to exercise the right of termination, the Client, before the expiration of the termination term, will inform Keysolutions SRL on the email address: zulufita.shop@outlook.com regarding his decision to terminate the contract, through a request that must contain :

- buyer's name, email address and order number

- name and number of pieces for the products to be returned

- the payment method used for the order

- date of delivery of the products

- for orders paid in cash or with the card in the store, it is necessary to mention the IBAN account where the value of the products can be refunded

- reason for return (optional)

Keysolutions SRL will confirm to the Client by email, the confirmation of receipt of the termination request within 2 working days.

Exemptions from the right of termination

Exempted from the right of termination regarding distance contracts are contracts having as object the supply of products that have been unsealed or opened by the Client. According to article 16, letter e of GEO34 / 2014, used / tested cosmetic or personal use products cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene reasons.

Obligations of the Client in case of termination

In accordance with Art. 14 of GEO34 / 2014, the Client, in case of exercising the right of termination, undertakes to return to the headquarters of Keysolutions SRL, without undue delay and within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he communicated its decision to terminate the contract.

The customer bears the costs of returning the products and undertakes to return the products only through courier companies or staff, informing Keysolutions SRL about the return shipping. The customer is responsible only for the reduction of the value of the products resulting from their erroneous handling.

Considering the nature of the products sold by Keysolutions SRL, the Customer undertakes to return the products in a perfect and impeccable condition, unused / untested, with the original seal and packaging, respectively in a condition in which the Product can be sold again. The product will be returned together with all accessories, free samples, gifts, in the original undamaged packaging and instructions for use.

As the products sold by Keysolutions SRL are obtained from natural and synthetic raw materials, no returns will be accepted due to differences / discrepancies in color / odor / texture between the same type of product from different batches / similar batch, they do not represent a lack of hidden conformity / vice.

The Customer will return the Product to Keysolutions SRL at: Calea Torontalului nr.7 Sc. B; ap.4, Timișoara, Timiș, Romania, tel: 0735 277 733. Keysolutions SRL does not accept parcels sent to an address other than the one mentioned above or parcels sent by Romanian Post.

Keusolutions SRL reserves the right to make a quantitative and qualitative inspection of the returned products. After that, it will confirm the assumption of the necessary legal obligations in case of termination.

For partial order returns, if the value of the products remaining in the order does not comply with the conditions of the offer / promotion regarding free shipping, more precisely their cumulative value does not exceed 300 lei, we will refund the value of returned products less the cost of a transport related to stored products. are attached to an order that does not qualify for free shipping).

Obligations of Keusolutions SRL in case of termination

Keysolutions SRL will return all amounts received as payment from the Customer, including, as appropriate, delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which Keysolutions SRL came into physical possession of all products returned by Client. For the partial return of an order and for the full return of an order, after opening the package, the delivery costs paid by the Customer when placing the order are not refunded.

Keysolutions SRL will reimburse the amounts due as follows:

- for orders paid by bank card, online - by refund to the account from which the payment was made;

- for orders paid with the bank card in the store at the POS device and for orders paid in cash - by bank transfer, it is necessary to provide us with the data of a bank account for the transfer of amounts;

- for orders paid by bank transfer (payment order) - by refund to the account from which the payment was made;

The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the Client to Keysolutions SRL cannot be made in cash.

Conditions for packages delivered with visible signs of damage

All products sold by Keysolutions SRL are new and delivered in the original packaging of the manufacturer. The products are properly packaged for transport and are insured throughout the transport, until their delivery. The findings regarding the integrity of the visibly damaged packages will be made in the presence of the courier agent. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.

The buyer or the recipient of the order is asked to check the apparent condition of the package at the time of delivery, to check the contents of the package and the integrity of the ordered products, immediately after receiving the package. In this way, any unpleasant situation caused by handling during transport or other factors, can be remedied as soon as possible.

In case of a visible anomaly regarding the package (damaged package, open package, traces of liquid, etc.) or the ordered products (missing products, damaged products), the buyer or the recipient of the order will have to follow the procedure described below. order conditions.

Failure to comply with the appropriate procedure excludes the possibility of any claim against the carrier and Keysolutions SRL, and the buyer will not be able to claim any refund of any amount and will not be able to claim that Keysolutions SRL will deliver the ordered products again.

Procedures to be followed when the package is damaged

Finding in the presence of the courier agent

Keysolutions SRL does not offer the service of opening the package before its payment. It is not allowed for the buyer to condition the receipt of the package or the payment by cash on delivery of the price of the order by opening the package or checking its contents!

In case of visible damage to the package, the buyer will refuse delivery and will immediately, clearly and in detail formulate all reservations regarding the anomaly found. These reservations must be written by the recipient of the order on the delivery note of the courier company. At the same time, the buyer will report the objections to the Seller's Customer Service, at the phone number 0735 277 733.

The seller will open a damage file for the damaged package and will provide a solution to remedy the problem (refund or replacement of products) within 7 days of receiving the notification.

Finding in the absence of the courier agent

The buyer will report the damages or deficiencies found, formulating all complaints and reservations to Customer Service, at the phone number 0735 277 733 or by email: zulufita.shop@outlook.com. Notification of incidents and reservations must be made as soon as possible, but not later than 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery. In the notification the customer will include the name, the email address used to place the order and the order number.

Keysolutions SRL will provide an answer regarding the registered complaints, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days. Products with damaged packaging are replaced.

Warranty, regarding the content of the site

The content of this site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether expressly stated or implied. The products sold through the site are sold "as is", without guarantees of any kind, whether expressly stated or implied. The only solution to possible dissatisfaction with this site is to stop using the site. By using this site you agree that your use of the site is at your own risk.
